I only had contact with the service staff but not the
I only had contact with the service staff but not the mechanic. As far as the staff goes I dealt with Issac, Ashley and Susan. All of them were just great. Very friendly, communicated to me everything that was going on during the repair, I never felt left out or was waiting for no reason. They answered all of my questions in a professional and timely manner and new their jobs well. I give them an A+++.

I arrived at Spitzer Ford, unscheduled visit. Brianna Connors met me as soon as I walked in the door. She listened to my issues with my new car, and went out and sat in my car with me. I couldn’t get the maps to pull up on my car monitor. She worked with it for awhile and realized that there must be something wrong with the system. She setup a map on my phone so I could travel the next day @ 300 miles using my phone. I told her I was so embarrassed that I didn’t know how to setup the car features myself. She said she would talk to the service manager and let them know that I need a time to bring in my car when I get back home to get the car serviced. She was super patient and helpful and realized that I was so embarrassed.

They completed warranty work while my Bronco was at the GM store body shop having deer damage repaired. Quick, simple, and super convenient! Lily and Bri in sales showed me what is new with the post 2022 Bronco sports, Mitch in finance told me about some excellent extended warranty options. Even the sales manager Brad greeted me like an old friend. Everyone in the service/parts department was extremely friendly and knowledgable. 10/10

I took my vehicle in for an inspection.
I took my vehicle in for an inspection. My appointment was at 11 and was taken into the garage right away. A little after 12 I checked to see if it was ready and told everyone was at lunch. It was after 1 before my vehicle was ready and there wasn’t anything that needed to be fixed. No one even apologized for wasting my time. As I was about to drive off a tech came out to return my registration and insurance forms. I have never been treated so poorly at Spitzer or ever had an inspection take more than 45 minutes,

Wanted to buy a brake light switch.
Wanted to buy a brake light switch. Parts man said he didn't know what it was and checked his computer. Then he told me he was going to check with mechanics. By this time a good 15-20 minutes had passed. He disappeared. I waited longer. I finally asked another person to check on the parts man. She found him in a back room on the computer. Now I had been there almost an hour. I left a message for him to call me. He never called. I went to another place and within five minutes I had a price for the part. Terrible service. Cannot remember if it was Roush or Flanders.

I had called on a Monday and set up for a Wednesday
I had called on a Monday and set up for a Wednesday meeting about a truck they had on their lot. I’d advise them. I was paying by check at that time.The truck was dirty when I got there. It took three hours to get the paperwork done. The sales manager had to come on his day off to do the paperwork and act like he was doing me a favor! Evidently, he’s the only one who knew how to do the paperwork when paying by check. Poor sales management!

I purchased a F150 at Spritzer Honda in January 2026, Yesterday I took it to Spritzer Ford to have the transmission checked due to a hard shift between 3-5 gears, they said they did a software load to hopefully fix the issue, no luck. I was not provided a next step if nothing works. What next? I did purchase assurant extended warranty at the purchase so now what can be done?

I recently had a nightmare experience at Spitzer Ford in DuBois, PA, dealing directly with their parts and service manager. This person was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful from the start—snapping at me over the phone about part availability for my truck, then quoting inflated prices without any explanation or alternatives. When I dropped it off for a simple brake job and alternator replacement, the service was botched: wrong parts ordered (twice!), delays stretching a 2-day job to over a week, and no loaner vehicle offered despite my repeated calls. Management blamed everyone else—techs, suppliers, even me—while refusing to waive any fees or comp the shoddy work. My bill was absurdly high for subpar repairs that failed again after 500 miles. Total incompetence and zero accountability; avoid this place at all costs! 1 star.

My wife and I were in a very bad accident and our 2024 Corvette Stingray was towed to Spitzer Ford. I know a Vette at a Ford dealership? I couldn’t have been happier that’s where we ended up and had the good fortune to work with Johnathan Roth and his staff. From the start Johnathan put my wife & I at ease assuring us we were in good hands. We live 3 hours away so we had no choice but to trust Johnathan and I am so happy we did not have it towed to another body shop or a Chevy dealership because Johnathan was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. He communicated with my insurance and myself every step of the way and the outcome was more then I thought possible. If you live in the area, no matter what make , model or type of vehicle you drive do yourself a favor and take it to Johnathan Roth at Spitzer Ford you will be glad you did. The minute you enter the body shop you will know you came to the right shop from the friendly greeting to seeing a very clean and organized shop. A good indicator of shop that takes pride in there work. Being 3 hours away I had to put my full trust in Johnathan to make sure I didn’t get a bad deal from my insurance company and he came through big time. Thanks again Johnathan Roth and your entire staff
