Wonderful experience at Spitzer Dubois. I called ahead to prepare the sales staff for what we wanted but the message didn't get through to them. Salesman Brian wasn't phased and did everything that we needed to get it worked out so that we were able to drive away with the Bronco that we wanted that night. Finance Manager Mitch put in the extra work and time (even stayed late) to get us approved at the best rate possible. Would definitely return to buy again. Even the general manager worked with us to get us the best deal possible.
Lily was so kind and thoughtful, informative with no pressure, extremely helpful when she learned that the truck we came to see and test drive had not been delivered from Monroeville. We might have left then, but she suggested some other options, and we ended up buying that night. Thank you Lily.

While traveling through the area 5 hours into a roadtrip on my way to a wedding my car broke down and went into “limp mode” on the highway not far from DuBois on a Saturday night.
I dropped off my car and keys at the Ford Service Departments overnight dropbox with a letter expressing what had happened and the urgency of time to get my car repaired.

We would recommend Damian to everyone. He is non pressure, kind and gives you space to make a decision. We took most of his Saturday and he even stayed with us after closing time.

Spitzer got my vehicle in within 15 Minutes of my scheduled service time. The Mechanic was very knowledgeable of my electrical problem and knew the fix. He also figured out why my driver window did not seat properly. Spitzer honored the agreement we had made with basically a handshake.

Had a great buying experience with Damien in sales and also Mitch in Finance! However, I'm a little disappointed that in the 2 1/2 weeks that I've had the vehicle, I've had to take it to the shop TWICE, fortunately it all has been covered under warranty.

I went to multiple dealerships and met multiple salesman, including other spitzer dealerships, and drove multiple cars. Damien was by far the most prepared to show me cars with exactly what I was looking for. He knew the lot very well and was knowledgeable with the vehicles I test drove. There are a lot of features you cannot see online. I drove my last car up to 200k miles and was very particular with what I wanted. I highly recommend Damien and will work to buy with him again in the near future!

Bought an extended warranty and service package, took several days to fix right the first time after shortly owning, just had it back recently for another repair, left with a full tank of gas and they returned it almost empty! Felt there were missing gaps in the buying process

Isaac and Susan have been the absolute best service writers me and my wife have ever dealt with at any dealership. They definitely deserve a 5🌟 rating. I Dealt with Isaac today for a State Inspection and the customer service was top notch! He was able to get me in towards the end of the day at nearly closing time. Most dealerships find an excuse not to do a walk in. Not here though! We will always continue to use Spitzer Ford for our car services!

Our motorhome broke and h ad to be towed to Spitzer Ford. The service dept went out of their way to get it fixed in a timely matter so that we could continue our plans for a camping trip. They were all very friendly and helpful in every way. They called as soon as it was fixed and made extra arrangements for us to pick it up even after the service dept closed. I would highly recommend Spitzer Ford for any and all of your vehicle needs. They have some really nice cars for sale too.

I took my vehicle in for an inspection. My appointment was at 11 and was taken into the garage right away. A little after 12 I checked to see if it was ready and told everyone was at lunch. It was after 1 before my vehicle was ready and there wasn’t anything that needed to be fixed. No one even apologized for wasting my time. As I was about to drive off a tech came out to return my registration and insurance forms. I have never been treated so poorly at Spitzer or ever had an inspection take more than 45 minutes,
They had my truck for four months I got it for a week and a half had to take it back not very happy with them

The work done was fine. I was a little annoyed that I had to call every week to check in. No one kept me in the loop unless I called. I also never received a rental/loaner car for the nearly 4 weeks that my vehicle was there.

We had been having issues with our vehicle and had taken it to other shops and they weren’t able to identify the problem. We brought it to Spitzer Ford and it took the a couple of days but they found the issue and had it fixed within a day after receiving the parts.

They welcomed me and were expecting me and were friendly. They serviced my car and did not ask for payment, as it was a simple fix of a small piece that was jammed in my back door handle which prevented it from opening from outside. Mckenze was great to work with. I told him exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted. He found it within a week. They gave me a good trade In on my vehicle. Communication was great. He emailed me back every time I had a question. I was able to do a lot over email. Including part of my financing. It made it a very smooth Transaction, when we come into pick the vehicle up.
